The SOGEN mug is a new addition to our collection of tea bowls. It’s an unique vessel for drinking leaf tea and other infusions. The design, depicting blooming plum blossoms against a blue sky, is sure to appeal to enthusiasts of Japanese aesthetics. We named it “sogen,” which means “meadow”. The mug is made of clay and then hand-painted. To maintain the beauty of the floral pattern, do not wash the mug in the dishwasher.
